Our season starts on Saturday morning and the weather forecast could not be better!
The council has the grounds in excellent shape, the diamonds are freshly painted. All we need now are the kids running around enjoying themselves

The season starts at 8am on Diamond 6 with our special guest, Lord Mayor Patrick Ng to hit the first ball of the season. He will be joined by our club games record holder Leanne Bolton who played over 300 games for Canning Cougars.

Following on from that we will all disperse to our own diamonds to begin our games.

Please arrive early (7:30) to set up your own diamond (home teams) and equipment before making your way to Diamond 6.

Each team will need to send a couple of parents to the back of the store room to collect the bench, shade gazebo and scorers chair before the game (and return it after).

Committee members will be around early for uniform collection and help with any equipment.

The team scorebooks are ready and will be available to collect before the game.

We also have a small number of loan gloves available for those who have not managed to purchase one yet





Many of you are new to the club and many of our coaches are new as well. Parents be kind, and offer them support. Coaches only, are permitted to ask umpires about rules but must be respectful. They are all kids too and some of them will be officiating for the very first time tomorrow.
(Parents, don’t forget your closed in shoes too.)
