Registrations are now open for the 2023-2024 Season.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION STEPS

To become a member of our club, a registration form is required for each player.

Membership is approved after membership fees are paid in full

STEP 1 - Submit a WAITLIST registration application. REGISTRATION 2023-2024

STEP 2 - Join us on TeamApp. (Join TeamApp here)

STEP 3 - Pay your fees by the due date. (Pay fees here)

2022-2023 Season

REGISTRATIONS OPEN: August/September

Registrations close Sun 10th SEP 2024.

LATE REGISTRATIONS

We will accept late registrations until teams are full.

After regular registrations close and teams are full we will accept wait-list registrations. You will be offered a place in a team only if another player withdraws or if we have sufficient players to make an additional team.

Membership Fees 2022-2023

$180 Standard membership fee - first player in family

$150 Standard membership fee - per subsequent players in same family

Fees due by Friday 15 Sept 2024 (before the first game)


The club has a NO PAY = NO PLAY policy so please pay your fees by the applicable due dates.au or send by post.

REGISTER IN PERSON ON REGO DAY

Additional costs for club uniform (pants and cap) and equipment (glove) apply.

REFUND POLICY

Players that withdraw prior to round 4 can receive a full refund.

Parents must email registrar@cctbc.com.au prior to game 4. Refund processing will take approximately 1 week. No refund is available from round 4 on.

Step 3 - PAY MEMBERSHIP FEES

We accept: CREDIT CARD (via TeamApp Club Store) / EFT / KIDSPORT / CHEQUE / CASH / PAYMENT PLAN


THE PREFERRED METHOD IS:

Credit Card (by secure online payment)

Pay using your credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD only) by purchasing the applicable fee items in our ONLINE STORE (app or web). You must sign-in to see rego fee items.

Other options to pay fees:

KIDSPORT VOUCHER/CODE

Please visit the DSR KidSport website for detailed information and online application form.

  1. Please complete a player registration form as detailed above, noting "KIDSPORT" as the payment method.
  2. Complete the online application form for KidSport funding - do this ASAP.
  3. Once approved, email your approved voucher code to registrar@cctbc.com.au.

IMPORTANT - From 2017-2018 KidSport funding DOES NOT cover uniform or equipment.

CREDIT CARD (IN PERSON)

Not available in 2022-2023 season.

CASH (in person)

Cash payments can only be made to a committee member who must issue you a receipt.

CHEQUE (by post or in person)

Cheques must be made to "Canning Cougars Tee-Ball Club (Inc)".

Cheques must be marked "NOT NEGOTIABLE".

Cheques must be marked on the back with "JOE BLOGGS" (first and last names of one player).
