Info - State Championships (TBAWA)

General

Although the games are played competitively at a high level, at our club the main focus is on enjoying the game and having fun.

Joining the team is a commitment to attend training and participate fully.

As always parent participation is essential to operate our State teams so please volunteer to help however you can.

All state games and carnival contribute to the player's game count and milestone badges.

All players get a Cougars States cap, a States patch, photo and medal at the windup.

Depending on availability of sponsors, players will receive a shirt with their name on the back or a loan shirt from the club.

HISTORY

For a small club we have won our share of shields across various age groups and divisions.

See our results here.

Umpiring

We need several umpires to fill our rostered games. Umpires must have Level 1 for base and Level 2 for plate plus have a current State Championship Accreditation (SCA) which can be arrange through the club. CCTBC pays plate and base umpires for umpiring games in the State Championships.
