LOCATION:
IF FINE: in shade of trees near the Canteen
IF RAINING: in the Hall/Pavilion facing the South Oval

SCHEDULE:
First shoot is 7:45 for Cougars U12
Shoot order will be: States, L3, L2, L1 one diamond at a time.
There will be some disruption for the normal game times for L2 and L1.
Play will pause at side-away (middle or end of an innings). Please help your coach/manager move the players to the location quickly.

UNIFORM:
State players should wear their State uniform and bring their Saturday team shirt. Boys and girls change rooms will be available.
All players, please remember to wear club caps, pants and white socks (preferably long).

COSTS:
Team photo cost: 1 free photo per player
Duplicates team photo cost: $10 each (not $12)
Individual player (magazine cover) photo cost: $10 each (not $15)

DELIVERIES:
Player photos can be taken after payment on the order dates.
Duplicate and team photos will be distributed with the trophy.
